Cabin is surrounded by wildlife including moose, elk, Mule deer, wolves, Grizzy Bear and fox .The view off the front porch ( 20-30 miles) is worth the trip alone. Incredible trout fishing on the Northfork of the Yellowstone river located a few miles down the mountain along with hunting of all kinds during ther season out the back door. A new ski area opens up 30 minutes away on thanksgiving " Sleeping Giant" ski area. Jackson Hole ( ski area also) is 4 hours through Yellowstone and Grand Teton National parks. The town of Red Lodge ( ski area also) is within 2 1/2 hours. Horses for rent down the road.This cabin has activities all year long!!! Swap for Beach Front in the keys on a week for week basis.( 2 bed and large loft, full bath, heat, water, pine interior, remodeled in 2001can send pictures,ect.)
