I have a 1br 1bath mobile home in Marathon on a 5200 sq. ft. lot. Residential district, not a mobile home park. Really nice large yard on a nice street. Community boat ramp 150 yards away ocean side, Florida Bay boat ramp 8/10 miles away---easy access to both bodies of water.. Lots of foliage. I would like to swap for another home and lot of equal value to mine.







There is a community boat ramp/park at the end of the street with access to the Atlantic., no annual fees. I'm 4 miles from the 7 mile bridge.

I'll also consider trading for a home of equal value on Florida's west coast from Naples to Tarpon Springs.
