New in the box never opened, sitting at my house, this is not some scam ad. I needed 4 of these for our restaurant and did a lot of research. This is not one of those cheap units that don't last long. I was told these are the same as Trane units, just branded differently.

These are cooling only which in my opinion is much better because there are far fewer components to go bad. They were delayed in shipping so I bought 2 other units (that were not as nice) to keep up with the heat while I waited for these. So now I don't need 2 of them.

VERY easy to install.

You can see the units I kept running if you want. They do a great job and are very quiet.

I paid over $2000 plus shipping. I will let it go for $1400 no tax, no shipping. I have 2 of these for sale. Can deliver.
