23’ Herreshoff designed full keel pocket cruiser. A glorified day sailor. Built in 1957 by Cape Cod Shipbuilding the Marlin is built of solid fiberglass with an aluminum thru deck mast and boom. Structurally sound and complete needing lots of TLC. Outboard motor bracket with 6 hp Tohatsu motor and dual axel custom trailer included. I have title for boat and registration copy for trailer. Full set of serviceable sails (main, two hank on headsails, one spinnaker. Full set of good custom cushions (cockpit seat and back, cabin settee port and starboard). Complete and serviceable standing rigging, running rigging complete but questionable condition. Very good ground tackle included. All electric needs doing. Nav lights and interior lights. One operating Data Marine depths under installed. Trailer old and sturdy. Wheel bearings have been serviced and run free. Tire old but look okay for short haul. Trailer lights need replacing.
The Marlin is a classic and sails like a dream. 3.5’ draft. This boat needs paint inside and out. Three opening bronze port hole work. 4 port lights need replacing. Custom frames, polycarbonate and hardware all included to finish project. Currently port lights are covered and taped. Please text with any questions 305- three nine four- zero zero two two.
