A kayak comes with the boat and the dinghy and outboard in the pics do not come with this boat they are available for $1000 more. but the boat does come with spare parts including a new alternator and filters pumps gaskets all from the yanmar factory.

She could use a bit of cosmetic TLC, but all the key systems are sound. The bottom and rudder are clean and the prop is clean. I just repacked the propeller shaft bushing with new stuffing. She has good bottom paint. You could sail her to the Bahamas tomorrow with confidence. I sailed her late October 2025 from Fort Lauderdale to islamorada no problem.
