Prepare and execute menu items with consistency and quality, Lead and support kitchen operations during service,
Maintain cleanliness, organization and food safety standards, Assist with inventory, prep, ordering and kitchen management duties,
Work efficiently during high-volume lunch and dinner service, Collaborate with front-of-house staff to create and excellent guest experience.
Previous kitchen management and line cook experience preferred - Strong work ethic and ability to multitask under pressure
Team-player attitude with leadership skills - Knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation standards
Weekend and Holiday availability required - High-volume restaurant experience is a plus
