Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems (Spot On)
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
Manage cash handling, billing, and cashiering responsibilities with precision
Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times
Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs
Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, Spot On, and OpenTable for order processing and sales tracking
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in a fast-paced setting
Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is a plus for understanding food preparation and handling procedures
Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and team members
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management
