Nothing Better Rentals, LLC is looking for a reliable, part-time helper to support our boat rental and vacation home operations int the Lower Florida Keys.
Position Overview:
Flexible part-time role assisting with boats and rental properties. Great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on the water., hands on maintenance, and local boating.
Duties Include:
Delivering boats to customers and performing check-outs / check-ins. Boat cleaning, basic repairs, and routine maintenance. Serving as a local guide for customers (if you know the Lower Keys waters well - Cudjoe Bay, channels, etc.). Basic upkeep and maintenance for our vacation rental houses. Organizing parts inventory, safety gear, maintenance schedules, and storage sheds.
What We're Looking For:
Experience with boats (Outboards, trailering, maintenance). Great with customers, comfortable with physical work and flexible hours. Valid drivers license and clean driving record. Local knowledge of the Florida Keys waters (Cudjoe Key) highly valued.
Hours & Pay:
Part time / as needed (15 to 30 hours per week depending on season and bookings. If you are dependable, love the water and boats, handy and love the Florida Keys, we'd love to hear from you!
