Shipping & Receiving Coordinator (Quality Person in Training)

Join our growing aerospace repair team!
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support our FAA-approved turbine blade repair operations. This is a key indoor role in our shop where accuracy, organization, and FAA compliance are critical.
Position Highlights:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing parts and materials for high-value HPT turbine blade repairs
- Document parts coming in and going out in full accordance with FAA Part 145 procedures (will train)
- Serve as Quality Person in Training – learn FAA quality documentation and inspection processes
- Track thousands of parts accurately throughout the repair cycle
- Properly label, verify, and process repair orders and capabilities
- Maintain organized records and support smooth shop flow
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, label, and log incoming components
- Prepare, package, and ship repaired parts with complete documentation
- Verify repair orders, customer requirements, and technical capabilities
- Maintain accurate records in Excel and Word for traceability and FAA compliance
- Support internal quality processes and audits
- Work closely with our engineering and production team
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (intermediate to advanced level)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to track thousands of parts without errors
- Experience in shipping/receiving, inventory, or quality documentation preferred
- Must be able to learn and follow strict FAA procedures and documentation standards
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a small team environment
- Willing to undergo drug testing and background screening
- U.S. work authorization required
