We are looking for an Office/Field Coordinator to assist with initial project visits and support ongoing projects. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and has a solid understanding of field operations, with the ability to assist in estimating, purchasing, and overall project coordination. This position supports owners, customers, and employees throughout the project process.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with estimating, takeoffs, and project planning support
• Coordinate material purchasing and track orders
• Schedule jobs and support project timelines
• Communicate with crews and understand project scope and needs
• Maintain organized project records and data
• Support operations by connecting field information with office processes
Requirements:
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Strong Computer Skills
• Understanding of construction projects and field operations
• Ability to review projects and help support estimating and purchasing decisions
• Not limited to other office duties
