Key Responsibilities:
• Answering phone calls,
• Scheduling appointment,
• Making payments,
• Manage employee’s data,
• Employee hire.
• Manage and assist with inhouse CRM.
• Assist with various administrative tasks when needed.

MUST HAVE:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment
