I am writing to apply for the bartender/Barback position at your establishment. With over one years of experience in high-volume environments—including my current role at Oso Mexican Restaurant in New York City—I bring extensive drink knowledge, efficiency, and a guest-focused approach to every shift.
Throughout my career in both international and NYC hospitality settings, I have consistently delivered fast, accurate service while maintaining an organized bar. I am confident managing busy shifts, handling POS and cash transactions, and engaging with guests to create a welcoming experience. Additionally, my background as an Event Coordinator with Tbilisi City Hall helped me develop strong multitasking and teamwork skills that translate well to a fast-paced bar environment.
I am currently completing my Food Handler’s Permit, TIPS, and ServSafe Alcohol certifications and will have them shortly.
