Precision Nano Welder – Aerospace Turbine Blade Repair**

Are you a skilled welder looking for stable indoor precision work in a climate-controlled shop?
Join our growing aerospace team specializing in high-performance turbine blade repairs using our proprietary nano weld process— a revolutionary technique that produces more durable, longer-lasting HPT blade tips (CFM56, IAE V2500, and similar). No outdoor hot work, no field service. This is clean, precision bench work in a modern ~3,000 sq ft facility with wet dust collection and proper ventilation.
Position Highlights:
- Perform precision nano welding and related repair processes on high-value aerospace components
- Work with superalloys in a controlled indoor environment
- Learn and operate within strict FAA Part 145 repair station standards and procedures
- Opportunity to contribute to proprietary processes that give us a competitive edge, must sign a nondisclosure, noncompete agreement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in precision TIG / micro / nano welding (aerospace or high-spec experience strongly preferred)
- Ability to produce high-quality, consistent welds on small, complex parts
- Detail-oriented with strong hand-eye coordination
- Willing to undergo drug testing and background screening
- Must be able to learn and comply with FAA repair station environment, documentation, and quality standards
- U.S. work authorization required
