Renter is responsible for the tourist tax 12.5 % tax will be applied to rental rate unless if rented for six+months. Cleaning fee $250.
CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be no refund given to guests who cancel within 60 days of their arrival day. Guests who request to cancel outside of the 60-day window prior to their arrival date, will receive a full refund. In order to cancel, guests must provide a cancellation request in writing through email.

Minimum Age requirement for Renters: Principle tenant must be at least 21 years old.

Cleaning fee $250 due upon moving out.
