The space
Built in 1993, designed by an architect, this house till delight you with interesting design, colors and amenities. The front house includes the living room with vaulted ceilings, queen sleeper sofa, 56" smart TV, Alexa Echo, blue-tooth speaker, books and games. The fully equipped kitchen has an island with 4 bar stools. There is a full bath here with bathtub.
There is a private heated/cooled pool and a large retractable awning covering the dining area with table/chairs for 6 which separates the two cottages.
Behind the pool is another cottage with includes a king bedroom, 14" memory foam mattress, a 56" smart TV, closet space, lamps with USB ports, Alexa speaker, ceiling fan and a privacy pocket door with leads to the bathroom.
The 2nd bedroom is a queen bedroom with a 56" smart TV, Alexa, closet space, ceiling fan, pocket door for privacy to the bathroom which is a walk-in shower with seating and another area with vanity, toilet, storage, hairdryer...all centrally air-conditioned.
