Qualities I am searching for: can pay rent on time every month, respectful of other people's property and privacy, maintains a high level of cleanliness in all areas of the house, and is easygoing without drama.
No drugs, no smoking or vaping inside the house, and doesn't have a problem with heavy drinking. No pets are allowed. There are no pets here now.
You need to provide two references from non-family members, preferably your last two landlords. Income verification is necessary.
